Our cosy chalet sits enthroned amidst a breathtaking backdrop of mountains up to 3000 m high - a place of peace and serenity that makes time stand still. There is no trace of the hustle and bustle of everyday life here, but rather a deep connection with nature. As if the world were in its own rhythm here, we follow the laws of natural harmony.

Minimum stay and arrival
In the high season the minimum stay is 7 days, with arrival on Saturday.
Outside the main season, short stays of 4 nights or more are possible (plus short stay surcharge).
Non-smoking chalet
We ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in our chalet.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: On the day of arrival you can move into your chalet between 15:00 and 17:00.
On Sundays and public holidays, check-in is possible from 17:00 to 19:00. - Check-Out: On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the chalet by 8.30 am.
Arrival at Alpenchalet Bergkristall
In spring, summer and autumn you can easily reach our chalet directly by car. In winter, when the road to the chalet is snow-covered, you can park your car in a private car park 300 metres from the chalet. Three parking spaces are available there.
We are happy to take care of transporting your luggage and shopping - our chalet tractor will bring everything right to your chalet door. The walk to the chalet takes about 5 minutes.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Alpenchalet Bergkristall (allergy sufferers) - thank you for your understanding!
