Saturday and weekdays:
Your chalet is ready for you from 3.00 - 5.00 pm. You are welcome to contact us at Tel.: +43 664 1619845 (Maria) as soon as you arrive in the Zillertal, then we can tell you exactly how late your chalet will be ready for occupancy. If we have already prepared your chalet earlier, you can of course move into your accommodation earlier. When you arrive, please park behind our farmhouse and come to our reception.
Sunday and public holiday:
On Sundays and public holidays you are welcome to arrive between 17:00 and 19:00 (only possible in exceptional cases).
If the public holiday falls on a Saturday, arrival is possible between 15.00 - 17.00.
Please vacate your chalet by 08.30 am. Late check-out is possible at short notice in the low season (subject to availability).
For a check-out before 12.00 noon we charge 25 % of the room rate, for a check-out before 12.00 noon we charge 25 % of the room rate.
until 5.00 pm we charge 50 % of the overnight price.
In the high season the minimum stay is 7 days, with arrival on Saturday.
Outside the main season, short stays of 4 nights or more are possible (plus short stay surcharge).
Pets of any kind are not allowed in our chalets! We ask for your understanding.
We are happy to provide cots and highchairs in the chalet on request. Please order in advance, thank you!
All our chalets are smoke-free - this is accepted with great understanding - thank you very much. Smoking is of course permitted on the terraces at all times.
The Wellness-Chalet Bergschlössl, Romantik-Chalet Waldschlössl and the Kuschel Luxury-Chalet have their own washing machine, which you can of course use at any time.
For the other chalets we offer a washing and drying service for a small fee (no ironing service).
In winter, snow chains may be required depending on the weather conditions. Please be prepared for this!
Tip: The snow chains should be fitted once as a test before travelling.
Free WLAN is available in all chalets.
The following payment methods are available at the Tirol holiday lodges:
A deposit of 30 per cent of the tour price is due with your reservation, payable within 1 week of booking.
Up to 10 days before arrival by bank transfer. A bank transfer after the holiday is not possible!
The additional costs will be charged in cash on departure. Only Cash payment possible. We are not connected to any card system.

Due to our manageable size with only 5 chalets, cancellations or a postponement of the stay have a significant impact on us. As guests usually book with us well in advance, it is very difficult for us to re-let the chalet in the event of a cancellation. For this reason, our cancellation policy is strictly adhered to.
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (the right of withdrawal according to § 11 para. 1 FAAG does not apply), but our general terms and conditions apply and we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

There are parking spaces in front of each chalet (spring - summer - autumn). Please note that the chalets are not directly accessible by car in winter.
We accept no liability for forgotten items. We will be happy to return them at your expense.
